Welcome to Wetmore Elementary, I am so excited to welcome a new group of 5th graders!! 

Okay, so you want to know about your teacher? Here it goes....  I graduated from high school in 1993 (wow, that was a long time ago). I have an amazing husband and three wonderful children. My two boys are Churchill graduates and then joined U.S. Air Force and my sweet girl is a senior in high school. I graduated from UTSA with my degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, aka, a teaching degree. I have been teaching since 2003 and I am still as in love with my job as I was when I dreamed of it as a little girl!!

On a serious note, throughout my 20+ year career, I have been dedicated to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. My ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues has been instrumental in creating a classroom atmosphere conducive to academic success and personal growth. I am committed to providing students with the necessary tools to achieve their academic goals, instilling a love of learning, and promoting cooperative teamwork.

I look forward to working with you to ensure your child’s success and growth this year as we prepare them for the challenges of middle school.
