It is with great pride and continued excitement that I serve as the proud Principal of Wetmore Elementary, a role I began in 2023. It is truly an honor to be part of the incredible Wetmore community.

I was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, and fell in love with San Antonio while attending St. Mary’s University. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Master’s degree from St. Mary’s University. I later completed a second Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Concordia University in Austin. I’ve been happily married to my husband Ricky for 15 years, and we have a daughter named Allie.

I have been in education since 2009 and have been an administration since 2015. Before joining Wetmore, I served as a Principal in Edgewood ISD and was previously the Assistant Principal at Stone Oak Elementary here in NEISD.

I remain deeply committed to partnering with our incredible teachers, students, and families to provide high-quality, engaging educational experiences for every child. I am passionate about student success and am proud to serve the amazing Wetmore community.

Wetmore Elementary holds a strong tradition of excellence, and I am honored to continue building on that legacy. I am committed to supporting and growing the positive traditions and practices that make Wetmore such a special place.
