Mr. Randy Barr
After growing up in a small Wyoming town, living in California, Nevada and Utah, my family and I moved to San Antonio in 2004 to begin my career in education. I have served as an administrator in NEISD since 2009 and have been the proud principal of Redland Oaks Elementary since 2019. I have five children who attend NEISD schools, and I enjoy spending time with them.

Mr. Tom Ilgenfritz
Mr. Ilgenfritz has been in education since 1995, and a school administrator since 2009. He received his degree in Liberal Studies with a teaching credential from California State University, San Bernardino, CA. He has taught 6th grade and 3rd grade at the elementary level, and was an Elementary Math and Science Teacher Specialist. He received his Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He am married with two sons, a daughter-in-law, two dogs and a cat. Outside of school, he enjoys reading, cooking, golf, and working around their house.
