• Level IV

     

    If the Level III Conference outcome does not meet the complainant’s satisfaction, they may request a Level IV appeal. An appeal to the Level III decision must be filed no later than the 20th day after the date on which a decision on the grievance was made. 

    The Superintendent shall inform the complainant of the date, time, and place of the meeting.

  • “Days” shall mean District business days, unless otherwise noted.

  • An appeal to the Level III decision must be filed no later than the 20th day after the date on which a decision on the grievance was made. 

    The appeal shall be filed directly in writing with:

    The Board will place the Level IV appeal on a meeting agenda within 60 days from the receipt of the appeal.
