Level II
An appeal to the Level I decision must be filed no later than the 20th day after the date on which a decision on the grievance was made.
New complaints or relief may be entered at Level II and will be considered.
Conferences are held with the appropriate Executive Director and scheduled within 10 days of receipt of the Level II filing.
The Executive Director or designee will confirm receipt of the request within two days.
The Executive Director will respond in writing to the complainant within 20 days of the conference.

“Days” shall mean District business days, unless otherwise noted.

If the Level I Conference outcome does not meet the complainant's satisfaction, they may request a Level II Conference by submitting this form by email to the Executive Director of Pupil Personnel Services at grievances@neisd.net within 20 days of receipt of the Level I written response.
If the following is true and accurate, please proceed:- The Level II Conference outcome does not meet the complainant’s satisfaction.
