I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, certified in Special Education, and have an ESL certification. I just recently completed my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy traveling with my husband, family, and friends. I also love spending time with my fur babies.

My journey began in 2006 as the Alternative Learning Environment teacher and continued through special education, 1st grade and Kindergarten. I have had an incredible experience year after year here at this amazing school. I am excited about continuing this year as the Dyslexia Specialist.
