I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. I graduated from UTSA with a Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am certified in Special Education and have an ESL certification.   I enjoy traveling with my husband, family, and friends. I also love spending time with my fur baby. L.B. a.k.a. Little Boy.

My journey began in 2006 as the Alternative Learning Environment teacher and continued through special education, 1st grade and Kindergarten. I have had an incredible experience year after year here at this amazing school. I am excited about continuing this year as the Dyslexia Therapist.
