• Extracurriculars at AMP

AMP believes learning continues outside the classroom through extracurricular activities tailored to student passions. Our diverse offerings, including clubs and hands-on competitions, allow students to explore interests, build skills, and connect with peers. Extracurriculars at our magnet school program enhance the educational experience and nurture well-rounded individuals ready to excel. Whether participating in an agriscience competition or joining a club, AMP extracurriculars motivate students to reach their full potential.

AMP Mechanics Club

The AMP Mechanics Club offers several avenues for technical and mechanical minded students to develop their skills alongside their peers in a laboratory environment with supervision from AMP staff. Students can also fabricate projects for competition at stock shows, participate in the “Open Shop” nights, or compete as a member of the Tractor Technician, Applied Agriculture Engineering, or Agriculture Technology and Mechanical Systems teams.
