STEAM Club Application
Applications are available outside my classroom door, OR, you may click the link above and print at home. Please note that there is a 'STUDENT SIDE' and a 'PARENT SIDE' to the application! ALL applications must be complete and must be turned in on or before Tuesday, October 8th @ 3:30 p.m. Students will receive either a welcome or regrets letter on or before Thursday, October 17th. Please email Mrs. Hardin with any questions about the club or application. Please do not email to ask if your child has turned in his/her application. Thanks so much!
