I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from The Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University in 2006, completed a Master’s Degree in Public Diplomacy from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California in 2009, and completed the Teaching and Learning program at the University of Iowa in 2011. I qualified for the Master Teacher designation from the State of Texas at the Recognized level in 2022-23, and improved to the Exemplary level in the 2023-24 year.

I am excited to begin my first year at Reagan High School in NEISD! I formerly taught in SAISD and at Scattergood Friends School and Farm in Iowa. I am overjoyed to start my first year as a Rattler!
Some background on me: I am from Massachusetts but have lived all over from DC to LA and SATX. I have a sister, brother in law, a nephew and a niece who also live in SA and are involved with NEISD schools. I have 4 cats and a 20 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I am an avid reader, a Ravenclaw, and a Swiftie. I have always loved history and have taught AP World for 10 years this year.
