The 2025-2025 school year will be my twenty-sixth year of teaching!!! WOW! I still feel like a kid myself and enjoy spending each day surrounded by them. My teaching experience includes seven years in second grade, seven years in fifth grade, and eleven years in third grade. I am a proud native San Antonian, NEISD graduate, and UTSA Roadrunner. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies for grades 1-8. I also have certificates to teach ESL and GT students. 

When I am not at school, I make memories with my family. My three children are the love of my life and inspire me to be the best teacher I can be. Each of them attended Wilderness Oak.  I love my goldendoodle, Pepper, and my golden retriever, Maverick. Pepper keeps me busy as a therapy dog at nursing homes. In her spare time, we do her favorite things...going on walks, playing with Maverick and giving lots of pats & praise.  

I am blessed to have a beautiful family at home and at school. Wilderness Oak is a great place to be!
