• Technology Applications
    6th Grade Only

    Technology Applications is designed to teach computer science foundations, including technology-related terms, concepts, and data input strategies. Students learn to make informed decisions about technologies and their applications. The curriculum has four strands: foundations, information acquisition, work in solving problems, and communication. The course provides students with an opportunity to acquire information in a variety of ways. Students complete projects involving word processing, databases, spreadsheets, multimedia, desktop publishing, graphics, and coding.
