Hello, it is going to be a great year! I am Heather Eide and this is my 8th year at Lopez Middle School. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and a Master's of Education in Cross-Cultural Teaching from National University in La Jolla, CA. I have been a teacher for the past 16 years, starting in San Diego, CA followed by 7 years in Seattle, WA. I am married and am the puppy momma to two large monsters (Aisa and Sadie) who eagerly wait for my arrival home and a cat (Nikko) who can care less of my comings and goings. After the teaching day is complete, my coaching responsibilities begin. I am the 7th Grade A-Team Volleyball Coach, the Girls Throwing Coach and 7th Grade Girls Soccer Coach here at Lopez.
