Mr. Chandler S. Pelican

Howdy! My name is Chandler Pelican and I'm a 5th Grade Teacher here at Serna Elementary. I'm excited to be a Serna Seal helping our students achieve their academic goals. After graduating from Elton High School (Louisiana), I enlisted in the U.S. Army and served this great country honorably. While on active duty, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree. I'm looking forward to an awesome year!
