Mr. Joel Villarreal

Hello Mavericks! 

I am entering my fifth year of teaching and my sixth year of coaching, previously I was teaching and coaching in San Antonio I.S.D. as well as Antonian College Preparatory High School.  I am excited for my first year here at Madison High School.  I will be co-teaching world history with Mr. Haman, we will strive to work together to educate the young minds of Madison High School and challenge them to be the best they can be.  I will also be coaching football and basketball this year, I look forward to coaching the athletes and watching them compete on game days.  My wife and I welcomed our son in September and recently moved back to San Antonio this past December, we are glad to be back and I am extremely excited to start my first year here at Madison!
