Welcome to a new year at Hidden Forest! I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year! This is my 9th year of teaching, and 5th year at the forest. I have two children in this district. My youngest will be in Fourth Grade here at the Forest this year. My oldest son will be in Sixth Grade at Bradley.  My husband, David, is a mechanical engineer at Southwest Research Institute, and we've been married 18 years. We have two silly rescue dogs, a gerbil, and a bunch of fish. I love most foods and sweets, but my favorite is Mexican food and chocolate. Our family really enjoys traveling, being outside, and getting creative! I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor's in Education. I've lived in Texas my whole life, I have 3 siblings, and I am the second oldest. 

I truly enjoy working with children, and teaching and learning is my passion. I can't wait to meet all of you and get to know you better! I hope to be a resource to you and your family this year. If you have any questions please reach out. It's going to be a great year of learning and fun!
