  • How many books can my child check out?

    PreK & Kinder check-out 1 book.

    1st grade- Semester 1: 1 book   Semester 2: 2 books

    2nd grade checks-out 2 books.

    3rd grade checks-out 3 books.

    4th & 5th grade- checks out 3 books

  • When is my child's library day?

    Please check with your child's teacher about which day they come to the library. Due to holidays and special events, those days are adjusted as needed.

  • Do you take credit/debit cards to pay for lost or damaged books?

  • Can parents checkout Roan Forest library books?

    Yes! We want family members to read with our Roan Forest Trailblazers and can sign up for a library account at the school. 

    Parents may sign up for their own library account.  A parent account allows you:  

    * to check out up to 5 books at a time for 2 weeks

    * access to Overdrive, the North East ISD eBook collection

    Come by the library to sign up for library access. 

    **Note: If you have students attending different NEISD schools, you still only need 1 account.**
