Texas FFA Official Dress Standards
Below is the Texas FFA Association Official Dress Standards. Any changes that National FFA has made for their official dress does not automatically apply to Texas but must be adopted by the Texas FFA Board of Directors. Therefore, all members are still required to follow the Texas FFA guidelines -as opposed to the National FFA Standard - at any and all official Texas FFA function, including contests and conventions.

Official Dress for Female Members*
- Black skirt or black dress slacks.(No jeans - blue or black, leather, pleather, etc.)
- White collared blouse
- Official FFA blue scarf
- Black dress shoes with a closed heel and toe (No sandals, tennis shoes, etc. Shoes may not have sequins, sparkles, or any other accessories. Black dress boots may be worn with slacks only)
- Black nylon hosiery with skirts or black socks with slacks
- An official FFA jacket zipped to the top

Official Dress for Male Members*
- Black dress slacks (No jeans, leather, pleather, etc)
- White dress shirt
- Official FFA necktie.
- Black dress shoes with closed heel and toe. Dress boots are acceptable.
- Black socks
- An official FFA jacket zipped to the top. The collar should be turned down, and the cuffs buttoned.

Where do I go to order Official Dress?
You MUST order your FFA Official Jacket & FFA Official Scarf(ladies)/FFA Official Tie(gentlemen) from this site:

Do I order the “Men’s/Women’s Official Jacket” or the “Men’s/Women’s Tailored Jacket”?
As long as you fit in the measurements outlined in the document below, the Official Jacket should fit fine.
***Pay attention to the documents you are viewing, one is men’s and the other is women’s.
If you do not fit any of the measurements outlined in the attached document you will need to measure yourself for a “Tailored Jacket”. Ultimately, ordering a tailored jacket is your decision. -
Do I have to order the rest of my official dress from the website above?
No you do not but you will need to obtain all parts of official dress. The above website is an option. If not you will need to purchase/shop for those items on your own.
